Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Review

After the very strong addition of Forsaken to Destiny 2 and the announcement of Bungie's separation from ACTIVISION, the announcement of the Shadowkeep add-on, which most expect will be the last, before moving to a new chapter in the game's life, and the release of the third part in 2020 and 2021 at the latest.

The addition, which carries major changes to the shield system in the game, and major improvements to players' handling of these numbers, also provides a great expansion by returning the moon from the first part to this part, but with a major update and expansion that makes it a bigger and better place to play and full of stories.

The story of Shadowkeep puts you in the beginning with a new danger, the rise of the Hives again, their colonization of the moon, and their strange activities and rituals, and you go to the moon in an attempt to explore what the Hives intend to do, and events take you to the danger of the pyramid that affects all these creatures and make them follow it. The focus of the whole story was to find a way to enter it.

The missions in the addition are significantly weak compared to the Forsaken missions or even the basic game missions. Unfortunately, most of the missions are about lengthy exploration in an iterative, non-enthusiastic manner, even the presentation and movie clips are very poor, without any clear goal or enthusiasm to push you to finish them except that you want to access the content that is after the end of the story.

The situation continues until the end of the story and you start accessing the desired content, the End Game, whether the very excellent Vex Arena, and it is one of the best things in which you can put a good time with 5 other people, as it is more like strikes, but with a greater number and this larger number I object to it is more It was necessary and made it very easy, so it should have been with a more limited number such as 4 people, only for opportunities for more challenge.

We also have Nightmares, which is also the new definition of Strikes in its way of working and playing, but it is easier than it and its content is repetitive and switches every week between different tasks that alternate in appearing, but in any case it is good and I think most of it plays it just to end the challenges to get gear and prizes related to it.

The thing also added to the moon with the addition of ShadowKeep is Vex Invasion, which allows random events that resemble public events, but with greater difficulty, as it ends in the defeat of Vex Gate Lord, which needs cooperation from more than one player and not only obtaining it on your own because it is one of the difficult activities.

The updates to the Armor system are also very excellent because they add a great deal of fun in improving and adjusting your gear to reach the maximum benefit from it, and it also creates great diversity in the ways of building characters, which ultimately benefits the diversity of play among members of the game community.

As usual, the Raid game itself is something that is the best that can be played and represents various fun mechanics, but the story falls into a state of boredom and poor presentation, and despite the presence of other activities on the moon, but the story needed to present better and epic moments in the show, a moon is a place that has greatly developed and improved greatly, The addition is a great extension of the game life and various wonderful activities.
