ITTA Review

Our game for today ITTA is the first indie game by Jacob Williams, who is the only member of the Glass Revolver development team at the moment, the game is a Bullet-Hell experience or a hell of shots and it was released today on PC and Nintendo Switch and it's time to introduce you to it.

The story puts us in the role of ITTA, the girl who wakes up in a strange world near her dead family, one of the souls enters the room to assume the form of a cat who will play the role of guide and assistant to ITTA in this strange world that you will try to figure out how to leave, the story of the game is not the main element and it is very simple but attractive At the same time, the game world is strange and unique and leaves many things for your imagination to explain.

On the graphical level, the game presents pixelated graphics with a beautiful artistic orientation, especially in the design of the world full of statues with huge heads and ancient structures full of inscriptions, and there is something in this world that attracts you to it strangely, on the audio level, the game offers quite melodies most of the wandering period with some strange melodies, but what The melodies with a quick chorus that starts with your entry into the bosses' confrontations will actually be remembered, and these melodies are usually distinguished by the drumbeat sounds that arouse your excitement.

ITTA is a hell of shots game in which the game experience is limited to wandering around the world and talking with his characters besides confronting bosses, the control system is very simple and limited to movement and the avoidance button beside the button for aiming and firing with the use of shoulder buttons to switch between weapons, ITTA has a mode that makes it impermeable to attacks and doubles From the damage you cause, and this mode is activated automatically by a mysterious creature that represents the dark side of the character and fills up the counter as you overcome the opponents' attacks.

The game system is simple and easy to get used to in order to start working on refining your skills directly, let's start by talking about bosses' confrontations, there are 18 leaders in the game and it can be said that all confrontations are divided into 3 sections, the beginning of the game you will feel that the experience underestimates your abilities because the search for a hell of shots experiences like this It means searching for a challenge and wanting to see shots splash in all directions and fill the screen, but beware of making that mistake!

We can divide each confrontation into three sections as follows: The first third is a warm-up for the player and the leader, and in the second third, both of you will begin to introduce themselves to the other, but the last third is the ultimate test of skill, as the level of difficulty moves from 4 to 9 out of 10 in a few seconds and here The melodies of the game leave their touches, so you can imagine the situation when the drums start to beat and you see the leader lights up in red and begins to jump and move quickly in all directions, here you will hold your breath and take the position of alert for the shooting to begin in a nerve-racking process that lasts in 20 seconds or so, the process is very fast but enthusiastic Unexpectedly, as soon as the confrontation ends, you will feel disappointment and insist on giving a better performance when losing, or you will take a deep breath and savor the moment of victory and the satisfaction that accompanies it.

We can say that all the ITTA bosses' confrontations fit the previous description, so you will not feel bored during these confrontations, but it is worth noting that the last fight was a disappointment, do you know that feeling when facing the last leader who surprises you with its ease? In such cases, you will have the feeling that the fight will have another round of chilling and flying after the controllers and this is the same feeling that I had in the last fight, but I was surprised by the end of the story and the display of the end screen, I waited for the end screen to pass, thinking that it was a joke and that the fighting would continue shortly, but Unfortunately, this did not happen.

If you are new to genre games, ITTA offers the option to double the damage you cause and also provides you with the option of Invincibility that will ensure you win any confrontation, making the game available to a wider segment of players, 4 hours was enough to end the experience and it does not give much value for replay unless If you want to re-fight the fights again and you wish there would be an option such as the New Game + or a higher difficulty option in which the bosses waive the formalities I mentioned earlier so that you directly engage in epic battles, fans of the genre games will find an exciting and exciting experience in ITTA, it may not be the best experience Among the genre games, but an experience undoubtedly worth a try.

ITTA

  • A strange and unique world with beautiful pixilated graphics - the music that ignites enthusiasm with the beating of the drums and the swift rapping - the confrontations of the leaders are breathtaking and culminate in an epic show of abilities.
  • The game may stop working during gameplay - the last boss's confrontations are frustrating - the absence of options that give more value to replaying such as providing higher difficulty.
  • Fans of shotgun games will find ITTA in a strange and attractive world, with boss confrontations that start slowly, but as soon as the drumming starts, breaths take hold and the ultimate test of skills begins.
